Supplier Ratings

We have introduced 'Durey Supplier Ratings' for all our suppliers. Everyone knows how important the supply chain is in any business and we reckon its extremely important in ours.

Each supplier will be rated against set criteria which will determine how they perform in such areas as on-time deliveries, product quality and accuracy, presentation / condition, technical and physical back up, value for money, etc.

Each supplier will be told their rating and their performance will be continuously monitored. There will also be regular reviews through face-to-face meetings where an opportunity will exist for planned improvements, if necessary.

We believe that this will create an even better product range and an ever improving service to our customers.
