Gully Grating theft reduced

26th May 2012

The Councils and contractors that have taken advice and started to use the Aquamax D400 carriageway gratings with the hidden hinge mechanism have reported a significant reduction in grating theft.

The Aquamax unit is virtually impossible to steal and where they have been installed in a whoile road the theives have moved out! The results? Thefts reduced to virtually zero in these areas.

Councils have been pleased as they retain the benefits of very long lasting metal units in their infrastructure whitout having to replace them. They also avoid the uncertainties of installing plastic gratings that are untested at best, dangerous at worst.

Ask our sales office for more details.

Also available is the New Phoenix Grating which operates with a replaceable inner cartridge, eliminating the need to replace the frame.
