April sees the launch of "Durey Castings Western and The Isles", a brand new office, based near Southampton, and headed up by Trevor Webb, who will aim of spread the famous #DureyService to customers in the South West of England, Isle of Wight and The Channel Islands.
It is being manned by highly experience staff from the water industry with backing from the Directors to offer local and water authorities, contractors and end users in the area a professional and comprehensive service with a better experience than they currently enjoy. Trevor himself has many year's experience meeting the exacting needs of Southern Water and other water authorities both on the mainland and on the Isle of Wight.
With over 40 years of trading Durey Castings can source, stock and distribute top quality products quickly and at competitive rates. In addition to all types of manhole covers and gratings we offer chamber sections, chamber furniture, rapid set mortars, concretes and tarmacs, which of course is our main core business We also offer flap valves, Kessel Backwater valves and accessories, pump systems and cabinets, and a full range of flood mitigation products.
With this additional office Durey Castings can now offer a complete service right across the South of England, from Cornwall to Kent, as well as London, the Home Counties, the East and the Midlands.
All offices will be using a central, connected order processing system. This has a number of advantages including :
A) Customers can check stock availability or discuss their order at any location. All stock locations can be checked via one phone call.
B) Customers can, if they prefer, place their order at any one location and collect/receive delivery from another. We all have our favourite sales person!
C) Customer's discounts are available at all locations. Customer's preferred patterns can, with prior agreement, be held at any or all location.
D) Transport's on-time deliveries will be analysed centrally to ensure every customer, regardless of location, receives our best service.
