Our website contains a questionnaire for customers to supply feedback to ourselves at any time. Many customers have used this facility to tell us when we perform well and if we have fallen short of their expectations. You will find the questionnaire on the contact page.

For every response we will donate money to charity. Our current charity is Mencap.

We read each response submitted this way and react where necessary. In the past this has lead to new products being added to our range, existing products being modified or improved, and business methods redesigned. Our customers regularly benefit from feedback such as this.

The analysis of the last batch of questionnaires showed our overall customer satisfaction at 96%. Customers tell us they particularly like the DureyService element to our service, giving them peace of mind. They perceive us to be both knowledgeable and polite on the phone and tell us we respond quickly. In the past we have altered the website or the catalogue to increase clarity, and even changed sources for some product.

Your feedback is extremely useful to us and we always welcome it. Please submit a quesionnaire as many times as you want and whenever there is something to inform us of. Or simply call us at any of the depots listed.
