This cover has a unique safety grid design that lifts up to become flush with the ground level whenever the cover is opened. This prevents any chance of anyone falling down the hole when the cover is open. The safety grid can lift to allow intentional man access into the manhole. Locking Safety stays also add to the safety of this popular unit. Can be locked if required.
